Indulge in the "20 Year Reserve" White Balsamic Condiment

About Us

OUR STORY - FROM THE START

The Giacobazzi family, known by the nickname "Valeri" since at least 1826, has a long history of vinegar production in Magreta, Italy. The nickname originates from Valeriano Giacobazzi, born in 1805. The family home, possibly dating back to the 16th or 17th century, housed the first Balsamic Vinegar barrels, likely introduced by great-grandfather Egidio. The "Valeri" nickname remains a local identifier, reflecting a tradition predating modern globalization.

White Condiment "Riserva": this is a condiment obtained from the supply chain of IGP products and which stands out for its transparent blond color, maintained to satisfy those customers who do not use wine vinegar for its sour body and who do not like the dark dripping of balsamic vinegar on the courses.

Due to its pleasant sweet and sour balance, soft, it is ideal for marinating meat or fish, on cooked and raw vegetables, on soft and young cheeses but it also lends itself well to white meats.

Extraordinary product ideal for salads, vegetables, white meats, fish and mozzarella, with a balanced sour flavor – ideal dessert alternative to wine vinegar and to deglaze the cooking of meat and fish.
