OUR STORY - FROM THE START
The Giacobazzi family, known by the nickname "Valeri" since at least 1826, has a long history of vinegar production in Magreta, Italy. The nickname originates from Valeriano Giacobazzi, born in 1805. The family home, possibly dating back to the 16th or 17th century, housed the first Balsamic Vinegar barrels, likely introduced by great-grandfather Egidio. The "Valeri" nickname remains a local identifier, reflecting a tradition predating modern globalization.
